Evolve's 12-Week Induction Programme is a transformative journey designed to equip every new team member with the skills, knowledge, and compassion essential for excellence in care and nursing home settings. We recognise that a comprehensive induction is the foundation for providing exceptional care.
The mandatory Care Certificate forms the bedrock of confidence and introductory skills, ensuring a standardised approach for all in care. However, what sets us apart is our commitment to going beyond the basics.
Throughout the 12 weeks, you will delve into the intricacies of emotional intelligence, gain an in-depth understanding of Dementia care, and truly grasp the essence of person-centered care. We believe that nurturing these skills is not just paramount for career progression but imperative for fostering a compassionate and effective care environment.
You will have the opportunity for face-to-face days both in the care home and at our training academies. This dual approach ensures that you not only comprehend the theoretical aspects but also apply them in real-life.
To guide you through this induction journey you will be assigned a mentor. This mentorship provides a valuable support system, offering guidance and a friendly face to turn to as you navigate through your induction.
